Teddy, that looks really good. I'm well impressed. You've inspired me to do something with the seat on my pre kat, but like you, finding the time is the hard part.

I know I haven't seen how you have done the back of your seat, so this is only an idea. Is there any way you can use GRP to attach a piece of light plywood at the rear of the seat? That may help to retain the shape you want and also give you something to staple the seat cover to!
