Katana seat question...

Hello everyone,
I have a simple question that hopefully someone out there with more Katana exp might know the answer..
Will the one piece seat from a 1997 GSX 750 Katana
fit in place of the two piece seat in a 1996 GSX 600 Katana?
I am guessing that it will, but I thought I would ask around first before buying one. Thanks!

Not so much . The subframe is different , so the seats attach different , as well as being different shapes . You could probably MAKE it work , but I doubt it's be much fun .....
