Go to you local auto store... buy some 'Sticker Remover' and a plastic putty knife.

Spray on the remover and let it sit for 2-3 mins... take the putty knife and start in one corner and work your way across to the opposite corner.

    Worked for me!

Others say WD40 or a hairdryer works as well... but I've never tested it.

    Have fun!

Even easier and no chemicals required. Get the wife's (or Girlfriend's) hair drier out. Use the plastic putty knife to gently put pressure on the edge of the sticker as you heat it with the hair drier. It should peel right off glue and all in one or two pieces.

Used the haidryer to heat the stickers, Goo gone and credit card to remove them. WD-40 to remove what was left of the glue. Took about 45 minutes.

I can attest to goo b gone. We used quite a bit of it this past weekend with painting of the Kat, just pour some on, rub it into the sticker, and let it sit. Maybe after it sits a bit, run some more in. Also, hair dryer, or a heat gun, but remember, if using a heat gun, use it on the low setting, and do not hold it to close, or else you will harm the paint. Also, make sure you are using PLASTIC putty knifes! those Plastic/Runner bondo scrapers work good too.

                  Good Luck!

Hmm I used a razor blade and peeled them off.. then use bug/tar remover to get rid of the residue left from the glue...

Carefull with some checmicals, because it can really soften the paint and clearcoat. When we were stripping my tank, we experimented with a lot of chemicals to see which ones were the worst. The carb cleaner seemed to soften it the most, but worked the best at removing the sticky stuff. Pyrol Brake cleaner worked good at teh sticky stuff, it is non-flammable (trust me, we tried) and removed the sticky stuff pretty good too.

I used my die grinder. Didn't help the paint but the stickers came off. (really, use a blow dryer and a soft plastic bondo spreader to get them off)
