Fender Problems

Hey guys I have a problem here...

My "shovel" fender is still there, but it broke somehow, you know how its connected all the way under the bike (over the rear tire) well there are 4 screws keeping it up.... somehow all 4 are missing and i have no idea what size, or where i can find the same ones.

My other question is WHERE THE HELL DO I FIND TURN SIGNAL LIGHTS!!!!

Ive found a ton of fender eliminator brackets but they never have any lights.... nor do i know how to put them on

My final question is how does the stock fender come off.... where do i cut it???

In the meantime , wire ties are lovely little things .
The screws I think kinda look like sheet metal or wood screws almost . Kinda coarse thread , maybe 1cm long . Been a while since I messed with those in there ,though ...
