Picture question on 98 - 02 tail

Those aren't stock signals, the stock ones mount to the mudflap/license plate mount almost directly under the tail from where your signals are. It looks like that bike has already had someone chop the mudflap

so theres nowhere i can mount the factory turn signals too?

You can build or buy a bracket and mount it underneath the tail. Personally, I've never liked the flush mounts on the 98-02 tail. They look horrible.
