I currently have a '99 Kat 600 and was wondering if I could swap out the plastic tail for a newer style like an '06. I am under the impression that '98+ Kats are very similar and they look similar but I'm not sure how close they are. I like the newer tail look and would love to replace mine with a new one. Any help is much appreciated, I couldn't find anything on the topic in search but it is possible my terminology is off and I missed an obvious thread on this topic.
