When I was on a car site and we wanted indiglo gauges made up Merkur x4rti's we got in touch with StreetRacers and they said if we could send them an instrument panel and promise- I think it was like 30 buyers, they would make them up .We did and they did! They were a little pricey (like $75) but they made them up right quick.

I forgot to add- it's streetracermotorsports.com and they have a section for new requests. They do all the work, too. They make a poll where you make a commitment- they keep a running tally til they get enough people to sign up to have them made- and then they e-mail you to let you know when they're ready. I would do it but I'm not ready to commit, yet. It might also be cheaper for a motorcle than a car.

I'm in the market, I was gonna fab a set myself, but haven't got around to it yet. I'd love to see what Waltari has in mind, before I commit to the website.

If you guys are seriously interested, I could look into producing multiples. Let me know who would be interested in a set (pre 98 fuel, speedo, tach).

Yes it would be...just want to let people know that this mod requires opening up the gauge housings which in themselves weren't necessarily meant to be opened.

Basically, the ring on the front of the gauge needs to be carefully "pryed" open so the clear lense can be removed to get at the gauge face. You also need to gentely pry the needle off the pin to get the old face off.

If I do produce these, I'll produce direct replacements for the existing face but installation and risk of damage to the gauge will be purely at the risk of the buyer.

Also, the set I produced was something I hand made and was fairly time consuming. If I get enough interest, I will get some pricing for mechanical reproduction.
