Here is the scoop on this one guys. Expect bidding to go to about $140-$150 maybe higher if he has the hardware too..
The reason is simple, its a mint NOS unit. Much much better than anything you can get aftermarket, the fit is awesome and it is factory painted in the most popular base color so there is no question if it will match. When I scored a bunch of these last year the black ones went fast for $160!

New Old Stock - These are parts that have been warehoused for years and never used. This is a factory part that most likely sat on a back shelf at a dealership waiting to be bought for 10+ years until this guy happened across it. At least that was the story for the ones I had last year. They are getting harder and harder to find. Not counting my extremely rare find, I have only seen 2 in this condition in the last year.
