Take a belt sander with rough-grit (50 grit) sand paper belt to a piece of ABS, and collect the dust/debris. There you go. Or you could use a chipper/shredder if you had one that would make small enough chunks and could handle something with the strength of ABS.
Don't unless you want to die. The smoke it produces is extremely toxic both to you and the environment.
