  • Tire sizes/chain

I have a 1992 Suzuki Katana 750. I looked up the specs for my bike and it said that the tire size for the Front is a 110/80 R17zr and the Back is a 150/70 R17ZR. I found a bike that is being swapped out and its a 600cc. It has perfect threads and was ondering if a 600's tires would fit on my bike? The tire size for a 600 cc specified that it has Front tyre: 120/70-ZR17
Rear tyre: 150/70-ZR17. Will this work? I possibly need a new chain and was wondering is a 600's would work on my 750. Let me know guys!

Tires are the same between the 600 and the 750, only differences is in the years I believe, the post 98's have wider rear rims.
As for the chain Buy a new one do not uses a used one.

You looked up the OEM original sizes.

The 120/70 and 150/70 sizes will work fine for you though.

The chain will be too short from a 600. It has a shorter swingarm. You need a 118 link chain, 530 size. Probably should get sprockets at this point as well.
