New sprockets and chain...just reached 18k miles

I need to get new sprockets and a new chain....just passed 18k miles.....I didnt really take the proper care of this chain so it needs replaced.....i have it maxed out as far as stretching it goes.... So i need to know the stock sprocket sizes for front and rear, and stock chain size......
I just cant remember what they are.... And i dont feel like taking my bike apart and counting them lol.
