I have the pilot powers (not the pilot power 2's) and LOVE them. Theyre amazing in wet, and really good for dry. they were on my bike when I got them, and Ive put about 8k on (a mix of 2 parts highway and 1 part backroads if I'm honest, I commute alot). Great tires, Im actually looking for a new rear..after 11 thousand (maybe more depending on how long the PO had them on) miles of good hard riding, I need to replace it soon. The front is great though, still plenty of life left (I think my brother may have done a few "accidental burnouts...when he had my bike)

Thanks, that helps a lot. Most of the sport bike guys i saw were saying they only got 3 to 4k out of them and I don't want to buy tires that often but I figure that is because they ride much more aggressive. thanks again
