Front tire size

I realize the stock front tire for 01 Kat is a 120/70, I was wondering if a 120/60 would work just as well? Anyone have a 120/60 on the front? If so, hows that woking out for ya? All replies welcome and appreciated, Later

120/60 will throw your speedo off by 5 miles per hour but no big. the 120/70 works just as good and if you look at some sport bikes you will see that the 120/70 is standard like the 120/60 on others. I have the 120/70 on a pre98 and love it and never will go back to a 110/80
