I am currently running Metz M1 Sporttechs.
        110/70/17
        150/60/17

I plan on going back to the 120/60/17 and the 160/60/17 I like the handling alot better when I had that set up.

            rimwidths are the same.

            Pre-98 750
            tyres 110/80-17 (loadindex 57H) and 150/70 (loadindex 69H)

            /edit
btw the front rim is just 2,5" stock..., a wider tyre than stock will deform on such a narrow rim.

Strange I measured the old rim it's definately 2,5".

according to some tyrebrands it's allso 2,5"

Is this converted to our measurements here in the States Kwebbel? I do know that on my pre 98 750 the front rim is a 3.0 and the rear is a 3.5 Now did they put a different size rim on the older models that are over seas? They did weird things back then with bikes, so could it be possible. I will see if I can track some more information down on this side of the pond.

                              Must be, I checked out another 4 pre-98 kats (3 600's and a 750) all had 2,5" rims...
Strangely enough every tyremanufacturer I can find states the same...
