  • 98+ rims on a -98?

i have a pre 98 kat and want to know anything and everything about puting the 98+ rims on it. what works and what i will need etc.

It's pretty much a straight bolt-on. Remove yours & put the +98's in their place. Hopefully your bike will have the centrstand as it will make the swap much easier.

Use the 98+ Rim and Brake rotor and use the cush, calipers bracket, brake caliper, and spacers from your pre98. Everything bolts together fine with zero modding or custom spacers needed. It will seriously probably take you longer to put the bike up on some kindof stands than it will to change ot over.
