  • pre 98 Z6?

i've tried every link i have to find these in a 110-80-17 150-70-17 combo seems they don't make it in a 110-80-17 front which is better to go with the 120-70-17 or the 110-70-17 with the 150-70-17 rear?

    120-70ZR17 front.

You can still find 110-80VB17's, but I wouldn't recommend them.

    Cheers

Chris you can go with the 110/70 The 120/70 will hit the fender in the rear. YOu can go with the M1's in a 110/70 and 150/60 combo and be just fine.

Wouldn't the tire slightly warp if I put a 120/170/17 instead of the stock 110/80/17 for my 89 kat?

When I got my bike it had the 120/70/17 and it was worn down all the way, so when I got it replaced I was told that the tire was warped.

Im thinking of getting a pair of Z6's but am not sure if I should go to a 120/70/17.

It would bulge slightly in the center of the arc from the added compression on the sides, but a single size difference upwards from stock is an accpetible amount (read: safe amount) to change tire size. This wouldn't cause the tire to warp in a way that would affect handling in any seriously negative way (and should not be confused with tire scalloping).
