how high are the forks supposed to stick out above the upper tree? Do they mount flush, or do they rise above the top tree?

mine were pretty much flush stock, but ive lowered my bike. It was flush to the top of the handlebar assembly (750). Maybe someone else knows for sure, but im pretty sure it goes flush...

i was talking to a buddy of min (sincitykat) and he said if you wanna lower it you can just slide the forks down the TT's and or if you want to slide it up as high as you want ..

If you do alot of street riding you want to lower it up to 10mm max from the flush stock height. Mine are at 10mm and I wouldn't go any higher than that. You will bottom out alot easier.
