  • Setting up suspension for my weight

I'm not very familiar with suspension tuning, so how would I adjust my bike to my weight and riding style? I'm a smallfry, about 5'7'' and 120lbs. I just do regular street riding.

With being that lite I doubt the stock shock spring will ever be right for you no matter how many adjustments you make. My first recommendation would be to check into a softer spring for the rear. Also what exact bike are we talking here?

Well yeah that is going to be a bit on the stiff side for ya, Just turn the spring adjuster to the lowest setting and that is about all you can do to the shock, Set the rebound at the softest as well on the shock. On the forks just set the rebound to the #1 postiion.

If ya have the money to upgrade the shock and get a spring more suited for you that would help out.
