            Looks good!

What did you do to mount the f/e? Did you have to swap stems or machine the busa stem? I just put a kat f/e on one of my bikes, and if it's not too much work I could put a busa f/e on one day.

I will post that in the near future, I had to have a piece custom machined. I used the lower katana stem bearing for the lower busa stem, fits perfectly but the top one is a pita. steering head is to small. Bearing houses want you to buy a minimum order of 100 and at $15 each I couldn't do that.

Difference of the busa stem and katana stem

you have to trim the stablizer off the busa lower tree

I had to drill a hole in the steering stop so at full turn it doesn't hit the cooler. the reason for removing the stablizer was, it hits the back of the headlight on the pre katana

I've been trying to research this, but there was nothing about the stem itself, which is the main piece. do you know if there is a difference between the pre and post steering stem mount.

Over time, I would lke to put the bandit 1200 motor in, but I want to work on the front and rear first. I like the hayabusa front end mainly because the oversized front fender and braking. I think it would look good with the curves of the post Kat. I know its pretty easy getting all the parts for the front, but fitting it with the kat is a little harder. roaring toyz is close to me, so I figured if I got around to this, I will just take them the steering stem and have them make it fit!
