I thought that would grab your attention. I've come to notice on my Kat if I take both hands off the bars while riding (coasting) the front wheel begins to wobble pretty bad. I quickly regrip the bars and it goes away.
I'm guessing the wheel isn't properly balanced. What else could cause this? ![]() Gorgeous day here in MASS! I think I'm going on a 8 day ride with some friend through PA starting the 30th! Getting Stoked! 8) |

Also check your dampening.
Dampening balance cupping 99% it's one of those.

Looking at the front tire it does look like it's cupping.. tough to tell with these pics I guess...
![]() ![]() Is cupping caused by unbalanced tires and/or dampening of the front suspension? I think I'll make arrangements to get a new fron tire first. RE: PA trip... Not sure on the details but they said something about "Historic rt. 6".... Oh Schaweeet I am now a "KAT RIDER"! |

Personally I would replace that tire, Bet most if not all the problem will go away.

Defiantly cupping.. Way easy to see in the first photo!!!
Cupping is generally caused by wrong tire pressure. |
