I heard the bandit swing arm end caps fit the katana (98+) just bolt right on does anyone know where I can get them cheap tried bike bandit etc... or at least a part number so I can go to the stealership? I want to paint them so condition may not be that important we don't have any motorcycle junk yards near albany ny

Bandit 600 caps fit, got mine on ebay for $20. They fit the swingarm end perfectly but the bandit has a bigger axle. Doesn't really affect anything unless your just anal like me and don't want slop in the adjuster, then you''ll need to make a sleeve. Otherwise it's a simple and goooooooooooood looking mod.

I like that mod I have done some lookign up and the cheapest is $12.50 mrcycles.com and 12.07 at ron ayers cannot find any on ebay or gdcycles. Maybe I have to spring that hard earned cash and pay the 30 bucks. Was thinking powdercoating them black since I have the grayish color swingarm and looking to get a black vortex rear sprocket hmmm

The end of the swing-arm. Allen bolts to adjust the chain.

Nope. Since the adjusters are pulling on the shaft I didn't think it was needed. Never had any troubles.
