well the bike starts up fine and everything but once all warmed it up it seems to not want to just rev up freely. I have to kind of force it. sometimes it will just go up, then other times it will like seem to hit a wall and not want to rev any higher than like 5000 and others it will go to 12000

Sounds liek CARB REBUILD time.......... Read through this, or take it to a competent shop.
