I had a friend helping me out and we had to jumpstart the bike...
he started the car and ever since then i have no spark to any of the plugs
Could it be that him starting the car killed the cid box

I thought this was about military Criminal Investigation Division (CID). Well, don't I feel like a tool.

I have no idea about the elecrticals of these bikes. Sorry I'm no help.

Was the car or truck running at the time? if so....you may have fried some electricals.

Before you go spending money, rexazz has a really good point. Check all the fuses in the box, the main fuse and the circuit breaker. The fix could be something as simple as pushing a button. Better to spend a while getting your hands dusty than to pony up a bunch of cash and then discover you didn't have to.

OTOH, if it turns out you need a new CDI, I've got one off a '94 750 that tested good. Just sayin...

Hoping you'd get a chuckle out of that. Seriously though, definitely check out the no-cost possibilities first.
