          Looks like he was in the middle of a fairly long trip, looks like a small tent on the tank, which would explain the make shift load arrangement. I can understand how some people could see at it as ghetto, or redneck, especially those that think 200 miles is a long ride. My stuff was held on in a similar fashion on my trip, but everything managed to fit, and stayed in place for 8621 miles.

                I really don't appreciate you guys giving me crap, those shoes happen to be my most comfy pair, and maybe I don't have the cash for all the fancy tank bags and what haves you. I deal with what I got, and if you don't like it you can take off!!!!
