Actually, if we go the Bend route, I'll be taking some time off and we'll build (and by we'll build, I mean the father in law and I). He lives south of Sunriver and built his own 3 bdrm 2bth house by himself for about $95k last year...now it's assessed over $345K. Job market isn't as pretty but Bend is expanding rapidly and I'm thinking about opening my own business anyway.Originally posted by kickitjp

As for Eugene...only if we both got GREAT jobs there. Still have lots of friends in the area from our UO days. Eugene is actually a nice little town if you can get over all the stinkin hippies. Local city government is infested with them (think thats really what keeps Eugene from growing).Comment
