I'm guessing the handle bars are so you can one wheel and turn the bike one direction, either left or right? I imagine yoiu have seen stunt riders that do 2 miles an hour and stand the bike up and turn tight cricles, but the guy has to lean to one side.
They would allways do a stupid show at the 1/4 mile track I used to go to. Thats why i am guessing this. A big waist of 45 minutes. Anyway........
