carb sync help please

I've finished the valve adjustment and am now syncing the carbs. I see the ajustment screw between carb #1 & 2 and #3 and 4. I'm unclear how to balance all of them. I think I'm suppost to adjust something between #2 & 3 but I do not see what it is. All I see the is throttle cable. My repair manual is a little confusing.

So far only 2 pairs are synced but all 4 are not.

Help please.

OK.... I'm an idiot. What I was looking for was under all that road grime and dust! Perfectly hidden.

You sync 1 and 2 to 3 and 4 there is an adjuster screw tucked away in the middle of the bank of carbs where the cables attach. Hope this helps.

yeah I found it once I moved some of the grime away with the screwdriver. It was very well hidden I have to say.
