Trying to find measurements on the header downtubes of kat750, gsxr750, gsxr1100, bandit 1200. I am doing an 1100 swap in my 93 kat 600, and just curious how much smaller the 750 headers are compared to the big boy 1100 and 1200 ones. Any measurements appreciated!

I am thinking the kat 750 ones are probably too small - was kind of curious about others because I *WAS* considering having a timed header made for it, if anyone knows what that is. I work as an automotive technician and my close friend has a heavily equipped machine shop where has buildt timed headers for race engines. This is where the length of the downtubes is adjusted to where the exhaust creates a heavy vaccum pulling exhaust from the next cylinder to fire. Just a thought anyway, but I have purchased a bandit 1200 header so I guess no need for such ideas now!
