also was that an inverted offset as in towards the wheel?

Yes. Pretty sure that specifically was for Cheriff's build, where he is putting a 6" rim matched up with a early GSXR oil cooled 1100 engine.

      Off-set C/S sprocket?.. No problem.. off-set rear sprocket?.. no problem.. I have done 4, 5 and 6mm off-set C/S units as well as 5mm Off-set rear units...

      5mm off-set C/S..

      5mm off-set rear for '08+ 'Busa and '07+ Gsxr

Depending on the arm and the wheel being used its fairly straight forward.

However I know for a fact that a gsxr arm WILL require frame modification, relocation of the rear sets, some minor body work and the SA pivot end is larger than the Kat unit and the chain will rub the top of the arm. Your best bet is one of Kreylyns arms, no frame mods, it will bolt right in and you add the wheel and your done.

i should be good the whole rear end is gone frome my bike, as far as pivot point i should be able to get it to work, main reason i want is im trying to get the weight in the low 400's

Getting the pivot to work is a no brain'er spacers for the SA, i actually have an extra set here that fit the 99 'busa arm to the kat... its the frame mods and making sure the chain clears the swing arm is where the slippery-slope is..

What arm are you planning on using?

As far as you reducing the weight, I have '99 'busa arm, an '03 1200 bandit arm and a pre-kat arm, the alum busa is actually heavier and the bandit is about the same as the pre-kat, so your not going to shed the pounds like you may think swapping to an aluminum arm.. there's not a lot you can do to shed the pounds on a kat, the steel frame is where all the tonnage is...

im looking at an 02 600 because it looks like the chain will clear nicely, and yea i know she's a big girl haha but i've drop a couple thanks to the rear end swap, and becuase of that figured it would be easier than modding the swing arm and making spacers for the wheel the pivot point should be easy.

if its the same spacers as the one you have what would you want for them

i'd need to know the O.D. of the new swing arms pivot bolt and the width of the new arm without the rubber end caps.

once i know that i can tell you if they will fit as is or will need to be trimmed.
