uumm what what? Airtech pays Suzuki to use that design. Big companies do that you know. I can see about a million ways Airtech didn't violate Suzuki copywrite and/or patent also. The Suzuki cowl is ABS the Airtech one is fiberglass. The Suzuki cowls use a pad the Airtech one doesn't. Big companies have lawyers for that type of thing, do you?

Make up your mind. Either Suzuki's patent is full of holes and any fool can make one or it's the reason why people don't make them..
