Turn Signals

Are these the only holes needed for stock turn signals? or Did someone bondo over them? This is how it was when I got it..





Also, does this have the tail chop? or is this stock..

Someone cut the rear tire guard or "shovel" where the signals and the plate mounted to off. That hole looks like they planed to install flush mount signals there.

Ah so, I can't add stock signals back without un-doing their mods? I really didn't want to mess with LED flashes.

That's correct, LED flashers is fairly simple though..
