I tried to search but dont even know what its called. Help!
Just for reference, you can set your petcock to prime for about 10 seconds or so if the bike has been sitting awhile, to make it easy to start. Normally though I just leave mine in the on position since I ride alot. After the winter months though for example where its been sitting for months, definately use the prime option.
I can't believe Junior hasn't chimed in on his petcock yet
Just for reference, my petcock only needs 10 seconds, if I haven't touched it for a while. Normally it is on and ready to go, when I get a lot of riding. After the winter months or I have been away from home for a long time and it hasn't been used for months, definately the priming option before a good long ride is in order.
