I am honestly shocked that hasn't sold yet at that price. If I didn't already have one I was neck deep restoring, I would have jumped on that. Would have saved me having to swap to 17" wheels myself and it would have looked waaaay nicer.

Well, it is funny that I ride my Road Glide like I used to ride my Kat, and when I ride my Kat, I feel like I will have a date with a judge. With Sonoma just down the road, I am not sure I can roll up on something with a radio, but I really could use the garage space...

The only thing that makes no sense here in California is the lane splitters on dressers with no helmets blowing past me at 80.

? Never seen that. Where are you seeing that, I5? Seen plenty of baggers splitting lanes, but never sans helmet.

You're not far away, let me know if you want to ride sometime. Sonoma, Sierras, coast, I'm always down.

I see guys between Sac and San Fran (I-80) all of the time going crazy fast, no helmet, splitting lanes. I have been told that you cant lane split going faster than 40 mph, but most riders out here don't care.

I don't know how people ride like that. Cali has those Braille bumps that make lane splitting nerve wracking, when I split in grid lock below 30, I have no idea how I haven't gotten hit by a mirror on my Harley. I haven't split on the Kat but when I do, I wish I wish I was on it.

There was never any law about splitting below a speed, only guidelines. The state has stopped with hte guidelines because too many people were confusing that with actual law.

I lane split almost every single time I'm on the kat, bay area traffic is horrible. If the Braille bumps are bothering you, you probably need the suspension worked over. I feel the bumps sure, but they don't bother me in the slightest. Don't throw off my line, make my steering weird etc. (I've done the full racetech job on my set up, but even before I did that the bumps didn't deter at all) the only time it's noticeable is when my front tire is low on air or needing to be changed, and then only at slow speeds.

Wow, you're taking a HUGE loss on that bike. If I didn't have a mint 92' 1100 I'd be all over it
