  • looking forward to next spring..

    Hi all
I got a 2000 Katana 750 in Sept. Haven't really ridden it yet. Since the insurance companies want the premium up front, I won't insure it til spring.
68,000kms on it. Previous owner set up with Givi Hard bags and trunk, ZeroGravity screen with Laminar Lip, heated grips, upright bars and highway pegs. Has an outlet for the heated vest too. Previous owner rode it out to Gaspe last summer and put about 7,000km on the new tires and cam chain.
I haven't had a bike since '86 ('81 Yamaha Seca 750). B4 that, a 400 GS Suzuki with a Vetter Quicksilver and a pair of air-horns! Also had three CAN-AMS. Oh yeah, first bike was a '72 Suzuki TS185. Rode some enduros and got pretty good at riding a Can-am on one wheel (oh the glory days!).
Anyway, looking fwd to riding my Kat and talking with you.
    Cheers
