    I just bought a used 92 gsx600f, my 1st kat. I ordered new tires only to find out the rear swingarm was changed from the original. It required a 190/50-17 instead of the 140. The tech thought it maybe from a gsxr1000.

    Question, other then the obvious benefit of a larger rear tire, what else would be different?

    I have ridden bikes all my life, always Suzuki cruisers, but this is my 1st sport bike. I love it!!! ............what a different ride then the cruisers.

    Any tips on setup would be greatly appreciated

      welcome...that's actually a mod that I was initially interested in doing, but after riding my kat as is for a few thousand...I love it just the way it was made lol, id like to hear your imput on how it handles and whatnot.

        so far i love it, great for cornering, ride is comfortable. Going on a long ride through the mountains in a few weeks so I'll be able to respond better after that.

                Yeah let me know because if it still handles the long ride the same I still might consider ditching the skinny rear lol
