"Home-Made Fender Eliminator for Noobs".....a how-to

Attached is my first ever how-to. It took me about a fortnight of stressing before I had enough beers one day to make the first chop on my beloved bike. This was despite all the excellent advise on KR and dozens of positive threads on the home-made jobbies. Attached is my .pdf as I'm still too noob-ish to work out how to post lots of pics in a thread. I thought this would be handy for others as I saw a lot of final result pictures but none about the first chop. I'd appreciate your comments and any other ideas that people might find useful.
