wider back tire

I have a 95 katana 600. Whats the best way to put a wider rear tire on. Change the swingarm or what. If so the what kind.

Mount a 98 - 05 Katana rear wheel. I believe the SV650 and 01+ Bandits share the same rear wheel, but you will want to cross-reference the wheel part numbers in a parts fiche to verify. You can find a parts fiche file here:
