Hello guys. Where can I start... I first started riding when I was 14. I sat on a motorcycle and I knew that "this was meant for me". The first motorcycle I rode was a Vulcan 500. I rode the Vulcan for about a year "around the block". I was 15 then. Moreover, I took drivers ed and MSF course and obtained my license at 16. I moved up to my current commuter/track motorcycle, a 06 silver ninja 650r. That thing is currently taking me to college, high school, and work. I am currently 17 going on 18. I bought a salvaged 06 black katana 750 a couple months ago. The main reason I bought it for was to use it a learning tool and as a time investment. Because I prefer to work on the katana instead of wasting my time video games.

Welcome to KR!
There's a service manual you can download in the wiki, probably come in handy since you're restoring it. I kept my 1st bike after the engine grenaded for the exact same reason. Learned/learning how to do a lot on it and greatly enjoying the process. + I like my wrenches more than most people I know...1998 Katana 750
