I'm not sure if Katriders goes back that far. As I remember your dad did that before the digital gauge package. Wasn't that right about the time KR got started?

I HIGHLY doubt that would work with stock Katana. See how the tail light is no were near stock? Yeah I'm sure the under tail ties into that.

By way the undertray is probably gone, one off dad's friends here wants it in case not to expensive to ship to US.

Update ...

Well - I did talk to a local guy that I meet at a bikemeet – he has the coolest Katana 1100 – I think you call it Katana 1157 in the States – the coolest bike ever made!.
Ok the gut had the hole bike made over in carbon fiber, and I did find out the does Motorcycle plastics for a living..
So.. now we are making the first plastic mold for a pre undertray ever … I thing..

If any off you guys are interested please let me know. When the mold has made, it will be easy to make some extras …

id be interested, that is once i know what bike it will fit since the 600 and 750 have different tails.

I’m going to make it fit my pre 600 … I don’t know about the fit on a pre750 – Once we have made the undertail, I could see how the fit will be on a friends pre 750..

Well… Its time for a update.
We have made some prototypes now – I have taken some pictures of the latest one.


The number plate adapter (holder) will be integrated in the undertray (the black thing on the pictures). The bobble in the finished undertray will be a little longer, and have a point towards the numberplate. If it is possible the other end of the bobble, will be rounded of in the same manner. This is something we are still working on…
