I bought this @ a yard sale along with about 4 pounds of sterling silver today, and have no clue what it is, but looked cool !!!

It's like a bunch of little nails / pins that push into one another and make up this thing in the first pic.
It weighs in @ 3-4 lbs.

It would definitely work as a testicle smasher but it's meant for doing flower arrangements. You put it in the bottom of a vase or bowl and it keeps the stems where you put them. Arrange the pretties, fill the bowl with marbles or peat and everything stays put.

Now this I can agree with for sure, as there are what seem to be flower pedal pieces inside it.

It's a pot grinder, to grind up your bud for rolling.

yeah it helps grind your weed from a nugget or bud to i nice ground form so it can be easily put into a bong bowl or joint for smoking.

and if it doesn't have a weird smell to it then it sounds like it's never been used.

Its an old PIN FROG
aka letter or flower frog and pretty much worthless

they were used to hold letters cards and flowers
we sell these all the time at auctions for a dollar or two for plain ones like this...
