Yeah just clutching it up
To get the bike to wheelie in second you need to sit way back on the seat so my butt touches the rear seat couling, but instead of just slipping the clutch you have to hold the clutch in part way and pretty much pin the throttle and get the rpms up over 10k then let off the clutch and give a good tug on the bars.
I have 88 gixxer cams in my Kat, as well as Hindle SS pipe, Umi jet kit and its been lightened up a fair bit so it wheelies pretty easily, but even stock it would loft the front end easily with some slight clutching. 2nd was pretty hard though
Mine does.... well, at least it used to. I haven't tried since I've been back home, but before I left if I went WOT in first the bike would be happy to land me on my back.

If you get the rpms up, cut the throttle and get back on it WOT yes it will power wheelie above 6K.
the wheelie at :48 was a power wheelie ... you can see the front end drop just before I power it up
You know what them ol FZ's are awesome bikes. The owner built this one up nicely.
velocity stacks and raised air box, jetted, full yoshi with custom mid pipe and removed anything that was not needed to hurtle that sled down the road.
Great vid I enjoyed it. I dont think my kat would wheelie up nor would i want to clutch it up but thats me. Great to watch though and good music.
