First motorcycle - new project
1992 Suzuki GSX600F Katana -
The new cans are here! 3 units arrived today.
There was a change in body material from carbon to aluminum, The manufacture had issues sourcing the small quantity needed for my 3 cans, larger orders will not be an issue in the future.
The existing mid-pipe is the perfect length and the bends are in the right places. The header and the mid-pipe will be reproduced in their existing dimensions.
Here's the details on the muffler;
Can length 12"
Can Diameter 3-7/8"
Tip length 1-3/4"
Tip I.D. 1-3/4"
Inlet 2"
Overall Length 15-3/8"
Stainless Steel strap and insulator strip included

Nice...I'll be needing one of those lol...what's the total cost? So I can put it aside...and not that the can doesn't look good, because it does...but is black an option? If not, some high heat gloss will take care of that.why.......do I not believe you?Comment

Black will be an option, I had intended to go straight to a carbon fiber body but this option presented itself. I need to figure my sell cost on these units, once I have that I'll post it.http://www.7thgeardesigns.com

That can looks good, really fighting the urge to mod the 88' to be a 7th gear display bike.
