  • Tire Blow Out

Had a wonderful suprise the other day...
On my way back to work and hear a loud boom, followed by some shaking.
Well here is what the cause of it was...

I do know that it was about time for some new rubbers, just didn't think it would be so soon.

Fortunately I was just leaving a stop sign a couple of blocks from my house so I wasn't going fast, maybe 40, and I was able to limp her home.
12500 and some odd miles out of that tire though.

Good thing you kept the rubber side down.

              Time for new tires then.....

Nice that you could handle the jolt of a blowout, bro.

I had a nail in my tire the other day and noticed at the gas station coming back home. It was 50 miles from my job to home on Sunday evening. No one on New Jersey Turnpike would fix it for me so I had to stop at each service area to check pressure of my back tire, it was so annoying but I had to make sure to be cautions on the road. Usually it takes me 45-1 to get home that day it took me 2 hours. This Friday I finally replaced the tires. I'm glad it was on my rear tire not the front. Glad you made it OK. Not a pleasant feeling to have flat especially on the bike.
