Adjust the clutch cable correctly, if that doesnt work then you need a new clutch pack most likely.
90% of motorcycle forum members do not have a service manual for their bike.

Or you need to use motorcycle specific oil. What I was getting at, is that your clutch is slipping. Which can be rectified a few ways:
        1) adjust the clutch cable properly
        2) stop using regular 10w40 car oil
        3) replace the friction plates

"all power is there" -assuming it ran strong recently an still does under 7k and also assuming you didn't change your oil type (from the correct motorcycle oil)

"lately after 7k rpm it let's go" assuming you can't accelerate hard and it doesn't accelerate like it should.

Assuming both said points are assumed correct it is safe to assume its in one way or another a clutch issue and not a carb or other issue.

          What I would do:
Step 1- follow the steps to re-adjust your clutch.
Did it work? (for now at least)
          Yes- Ride it
          No- replace the clutch.
