crease fender bracket

Has anyone installed a crease fender bracket on a 98+(i have a 02) without the under tail which would be just the black piece? If so can you tell me how and possibly pics

yes, lots of people have done it, I have a crease bracket on my pre, it's really easy to do, I don't have pics for you.

I've done it. Get some holed iron or aluminum and mount it underneath using the bolts that hold the fender to the plastic. I don't have any pics either.
