98-03 Front Fender Bracket fit 91?

Anyone know if a 98-03 600 front fender bracket fit a 91 600?
My old fender and bracket are trash so I need to replace them, saw a 98-03 bracket on e-bay and need to know if it'll fit.

If your talking about the metal plate. I'm not sure if they are compatible. I want to say no. The fender however is compatible 90-02. 03-04 are not compatible. They use a completely different frontends.
