Very nice! My Kat replacement this year was also an F4. Mine is a 1999, though, that had been dropped at a low speed, i paid $3700, 6800 miles.
I had originally wanted a less aggressive sport bike and bought a great used Katana, but feel as if the F4 was what i was REALLY loking for, now that i have ridden both. The clip-ons on the F4 are still above the triple tree for a comfortable, less aggro, position, but the bike itself is much lighter and more nimble. It is a great 2nd bike and a great swtich from a Katana.
Here is a cool forum that i frequent, too. It is not as active as this one, but has lots of good info.
