what are some low buck upgrades i can do to my 94 kat to make it quicker .?

Not gonna be MUCH quicker , especially if it's "low-buck" . But you can try an ignition advancer (doesn't add much power , but changes feel apparently) , jet kit might give you slight power increase . Changing your front sprocket to a one-tooth smaller one will do a bit for off the line acceleration . But after that , it's gonna cost more . Like the old saying says ... "speed is a question of money , how fast do you wanna go? " .
I am a fluffy lil cuddly lovable bunny , dammit !

Yep as long as you dont mind losing alittle of the top end power, changing the sprockets can give you a nice jump off the line.

Then it would be a full exhaust with a tuned jet kit.

The power won't be much, but should be noticable. The jet kit will also make your power band more linear.

I would also reccomend...but these won't increase the power...it will make it smoother though (arguably sp?)

            iridium plugs (&28 for 4) & ignition advancer ($45)
            K&N Air filter ($50)
