This won't be my first thread here but now that my katana is running right (thanks to KatRiders!) I feel ready to show her off to y'all. Picked her up a few weeks ago with an inconsistent idle and some serious flat spots during acceleration. Got her home, adjusted the valves, changed oil/brake fluid and followed the carbs 101 tutorial but my noob self used cheap canned carb cleaner and ended up pulling the carbs again. 2 pilot jet were clogged badly again! Needless to say doing a VERY thorough cleaning your carbs the first time is ideal. Now she runs great though, wayy more power than before and idle is solid plus no more hanging up. Went on a 4 hour ride today to pick up a post wheel for it and had zero issues.
