swing arm and front end conversion

Wondering what the best and easy swing arm and front end conversion is for a 83 Kat?
I dont have access to machines to fabricate custom parts.Are there bolt on applications that will fit??

Electrical Tape, Zip-Ties, and Rivets are more like accents then eye sores.
